General Reservation Policy
La Vue is a small, independent property, and we ask for your understanding in respecting our reservation, cancellation, and no-show policies. If you must change, shorten, or cancel your reservation, please do so within the time frame indicated below for a full refund minus the specified change/cancellation fee (per room). If a reservation is cancelled or shortened after the cancellation period expires, the guest is responsible for full payment of the original reservation unless the room(s) is re-booked. Changes or cancellations must be made via phone or email, and you must receive a confirmation email from La Vue Boutique Inn. There are no refunds for early departure. Only one discount can be applied per reservation.
Payment Terms
A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment for the total stay, including all taxes and service charges, is required at the time of booking. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon confirmation of your reservation. This charge will appear on your bank or credit-card statement as ‘La Vue Boutique Inn.’ If your reservation is made through a third-party booking site (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), their payment terms and conditions will apply, and La Vue Boutique Inn will not be able to alter or refund those transactions directly. Requests to change your payment method can be made up to 20 days prior to your scheduled arrival, provided the booking was made directly with the property.
Online Payment Conditions
All online payments to La Vue Boutique Inn using the secure payment facility are subject to the following conditions:
– Accepted Cards: Visa & MasterCard (USD transactions only).
– Currency: All transactions are processed in USD or equivalent value in your local currency.
– Processor: Payments are securely processed via the Caribbean Credit Card Corporation (4C’s) Payment Gateway.
– Statement Reference: ‘La Vue Boutique Inn’ will appear on your bank or credit-card statement.
– Security: La Vue does not store credit-card information in its database.
– Confirmation: If successful, you will receive an on-screen and/or email confirmation that your payment was completed. If unsuccessful, you will be notified that your payment failed. You may contact your card provider for further details.
– Alternative Payment Methods: If your payment fails, please use another payment method listed on your invoice or contact our Front Desk for assistance.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable and at the discretion of management, will be made only to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. Refunds are subject to the applicable cancellation policies and time frames. Once the cancellation period has expired, full charges for the reservation apply unless the room is successfully re-booked. Cancellation & Re-booking Policy
Standard Reservations: US $50 change/cancellation fee per room if the reservation is changed, shortened, or cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the guest is financially responsible for the full amount of the reservation unless the room is re-booked. Re-booking Courtesy: If you cancel after the deadline, La Vue will attempt to re-book your room. If the room is re-booked at the published rate, only the applicable fee will be charged. Otherwise, full payment remains due.
Inclement Weather & Force Majeure
La Vue Boutique Inn cannot be held responsible for travel delays, flight cancellations, or other issues caused by weather or events beyond our control. We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance when visiting during hurricane season or any period of potential disruption.
Discount Policy
Discounts are applied on a seasonal basis and cannot be combined. Discounts do not apply to third-party bookings (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com). Only one discount may be applied per reservation.
Privacy Statement
All personal and payment information collected through our online booking and payment forms will be handled in accordance with La Vue Boutique Inn’s Privacy Policy, which adheres to applicable data-protection and privacy standards. Your information will be used solely for reservation and payment-processing purposes.
Policy Updates
La Vue Boutique Inn reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Each transaction or booking will be subject to the Terms & Conditions that were in effect at the time of payment or reservation.
